On writing ...
I worked for decades as a deep listener. I've had the privilege to accompany many brave souls on their inward journeys, bearing witness as they navigated the gnarly, twisty-turny paths life pushes us onto, in the transcendent and the wondrous, the healing and the quiet peace making.
I write, inspired by what I learned about being human, about what gets in the way of living our lives authentically and about healing. How to re-establish wholeness.

And watch this space for progress on my memoir's publication. So far titled 'The Ratbag and the Wise One,' it tells how I learned the gems of healing and wisdom that I then took into the world. I'm writing it as a love song to those who need a bit of inspiration to hang in there and trust the slow and clunky road to peace-making with themselves. It's my way of passing on the treasures I learned, both on my own path and then accompanying many others in their inner work.

And to art ...
I've always loved being absorbed in art making. Along with my project to write all the jewels I've learned working so deeply with people, mucking about in the studio is my next love, my authentic expression and a big part of my internal balance and self care. My focus on the birds who generously share their home with me has given so much entertainment and pleasure :)
